Receipts to Excel
Excel export is two sheets. Receipts: date, vendor, total, tax, category, duplicate flag. By category: totals for meals, groceries, gas, travel, office, medical, other. That is what an accountant actually opens.
PDF receipts to Excel
Digital PDFs and emailed receipts read clean. DropSheet uses the text in the first four pages. Scanned PDFs are treated like photos. If the total is missing, type it.
